Being able to answer the door with your phone is an awesome way to discourage someone who might think you are away from breaking in. I've used it numerous times while on vacation and personally love that feature. You can also use it to screen who you open the door to, avoiding those irritating solicitors trying to sell you pest control, or lawn services, politicians, or girl guides selling cookies.
